  1. I failed to register my name for on line reservation in spite of filling all the relevant particulars in the prescribed registration form and submitting the same online as per instruction noted in the form.Can you help me how can I get my name registered in IRCTC?

  2. We 4 traveled by 12010 Express yesterday vide PNR – 8260740373 in CC- C3 compartment. The food served caused gastrointestinal problems to all of us. My wife Shanta Mandowara had eight times loose motion coupled with dehydration. Similar is situation of all of us.
    I am writing this mail with great difficulty and pains to provide you the feedback so that further suffering of others could be avoided.
    Please get food quality checked and ensure proper food is served or provide option to travel without railway food. As such this is avoidable trouble for us.

    May I request for feedback on reason and remedy for bad food served.

    I had cancelled a waitlisted ticket as per details below :
    PNR 4648023577 ticket cancelled, Amt 1475 will be refunded in your a/c with in 3-4 days. Please check your account/instrument from which this tkt was booked.
    The ticket was booked with my debit card of IDBI bank. The amount is still not credited to my account. Please look into the matter asap.

  6. I lost my registered mobile phone number. I know my user ID. My registered email ID is active. But due to non availability of my registered phone number I am not able to retrieve my account. Even for new account not accepting my email id as it is already used by me. For irctc I can’ t maintain another new email id. Hence please help how can i get back my account ?

  8. i traveled from ajmer to delhi on dt 14-11-17 by shatabadi exp but i m very sorry to say that despite paying the amt for this train passenger is not getting the facilities there was no water in some wash rooms what can do a passenger first he should open the tap to watch whether water is available in this compartment or not what facilty railway is giving to passenger after paying premium charges for these trains like shatabadi and rajdhani trains
