      My Boss ordered “Redmi Note4” on 5th November through flipkart and received the product within 24 hours. He didn’t open the product so far and he would like to return it, Reason are as follows,
      1. We have purchased same phone before for office testing purpose and we facing performance and heat issue with that phone. So we recommending him to return it.
      2. He also read bad review about Camera resolution/quality.

      Immediately he submitted “Return” request through flipkart portal and received return request number “111010680######”. After that he received call back from flipkart representative “Ajay” and his supervisor “Abhishek” but both of them not understanding customer request properly, they want us to use the product and then request to replace not to RETURN/REFUND.

      Why flipkart not have facility to customer to return the product and other online stores like “AMAZON” allowed to do this within certain days. Why you guys forcing customer to use the phone which we don’t like, if flipkart is not responsible for product meant who can, I trust flipkart but flipkart not caring for valuable customers….

Issue arise with this is frequent non cooling problem and same has been reported to Carrier Customer Care. Team of Carrier in this area is not competent and technician who visit not aware about the product and unable to take any decision on spot to resolve the issue.
    We use to buy the product from Flipkart for best quality with service. Now this is a responsibility of Flipkart to take care about service in regard with sold product. If performance is not good immediate course of action to be taken for replacement of product in place to attending the repair on high value new purchased product.

    I have been requesting for cancellation for this order since delivery of the product due to color not matching the expectation.
    First time the pickup was not taken as I had misplaced the packing due to multiple consignments reaching me during that period. I had called your customer care explaining the same and that the unused product and invoice is available with me . Customer care representative regenerated the cancellation request .
    This time the pick up boy did not come and cancelled the return without my consent.
    I again raised cancellation request this time he said the amount in his records was not matching invoice value. If that is true , it is flipkart issue. This person named Kunal again cancelled the return without my consent .
    Please note that I do not need this product and you should arrange immediately to pick it up and also take action against pick up person named Kunal who has cancelled Refund without my consent.

    This is highly disappointing service of Flipkart. I am a chartered accountant by profession and had ordered a laptop. The delivery person was ready to deliver the product as per schedule on 28-12-2018. However, was having a condition that delivery will be done only during the morning as per his visit in this area in morning. Being working a family no one was available to collect the delivery at 11-12.. Had made Many request to deliver product by 2-3pm but same was denied by the sales person. Therefore the 3-4times rescheduling on call at around 8-8.45 before he leaves premises for delivery. Not even a single physical visit happened.
    Thereafter the order status on 6th morning appeared to be cancelled without my knowledge. I called up the help desk for order status. He asked me to stay on line till he transfers the call to senior executive however, after waiting for couple of minutes the call was Automatically dropped. N now there is no option for a call back request again.
    I m highly disappointed by the service of Flipkart. This is the 2nd time I m regretting Flipkart purchase.
    Being a big brand it’s always expected from the company to expected to be profession and understand the exigency of the audience. The management and the company has no realisation about the implications of each activity.
    The company activity should have a minimum Curtosy to Atleast inform the customer that the order stands cancelled if rescheduled 4times (as informed on call communication).

    I regret my purchase from Flipkart.

  56. Dear Service Provider, being a regular customer of yours, I am constrained to inform you regarding my purchase of Htahci Split A/C of (Invoice FABBNI1800076896 dated 24-01-18).

    The team deputed by you for installation, on arrival, identified themselves as Hitachi rep (which is fake) and installed the A/C horribly only to leak water profusely. They were paid the entire amount of INR 1300/-. The subsequent follow up for one month only replied with commitments & courtesy apologies. Later Hitachi team was called and they demonstrated in front of your team (this time they visited yesterday) that the installation was utterly unscientific.

    Eventually, I had to again pay for re-installation charges to Hitachi team.

    This teaches me a merit of not buying at least such costly item from Flip Card henceforth. I would like to rather be proved wrong while I also feel to share it on public media to stop others from similar experience.

    This is to bring you to your notice that please improve your delivery system otherwise one day you will not be able to survive in market.
    I am struggling from morning to get my product as tomorrow I could not be able to collect it. My product is in my city and approximately 2.5 km away from me but EKART LOGISTICS have few system (I don’t know what) that they cannot deliver it today. Even I requested them that I can personally collect my product from delivery point But “NO” as they have few systems.

    Your flipkart customer care is making fool out of me since morning by providing non-relevant contact numbers. There is no proper tracking system also.

    Such big online companies like FLIPKART why you don’t block logistics companies like EKART who really harass customer but you will not take any action as you also have biggest problems in your systems.

    Just Imagine that my product is 2.5 km away from me but I could collect it due to SYSTEMS and I have to reschedule my traveling plan to stay here to collect my product tomorrow.

    I got the order on 24 and the courier person told there is a small scratch in the speaker so they can’t pick up the phone.I am not able to see any scratch. I am using this mobile for 2 years but looks new only for me.

  73. On 10 th July 2018 I selected a bread toaster 2 slice of Concord make 750 watts. price is Rs.984/- only. While making online payment I paid by Debit Card of United Bank of India C.R. Park branch pin code 110019. The payment gate had made withdrawal of Rs.984/- from my account. Due to sudden network problem the website shows order has not been placed but my payment has been made. Even my bank also gave message the amount has been debited to Flipkart account. Kindly arrange to rectify the website arrange to deliver my bread toaster at my Delhi address as mentioned.

  75. I purchased a moto z2 play and got delivery yesterday since that i am trying to start the phone it’s getting restarted continuously on initial screen.
    When i am talking to flipkart excutive they are mis guiding by telling to perform lot of test on phone.
    I have done hard reset and nothing changed.
    Now when I asked to refund she is telling only replacement is possible for same. According to her I should read all policies of flipkart before buying any product.
    This is totally unacceptable from flipkart for cheating like insurance company. We have to read all 10 pages of fully written policies in 2 font size before taking any decisions for purchasing.

    With reference transaction no-10009755801 amount of Rs-1949/ has been deducted from my SBI A/C. Today around 1200 hrs. Suddenly i got a msg.from bank that Rs-1949/ has been debited to A/C. But i did not order any item from flipkart and i thought it is fraud with me. At the same time informed to bank and block the card.
    So,Please let me know who and from where the payment has made.

    If an order is cancelled by the seller he/she has to pay minimum 100% commission charges for the product to flipkart.

    But does flipkart pays the seller’s reimbursements if the buyer cancels or returns a product??

    This is a very serious issue because there are a lot of returns for which there are no valid reasons

    I had purchase Asus Zenphone max pro m1(6gb) in Flash sale on 26 jul 2018 , yesterday i get the delivery of it and after using it i got to know the camera quality of the phone. It had dual camera on back having 16mp+5mp with 4K quality video recording and front 16mp, but when i compare the picture quality with my Moto G turbo (2014 edition with 12mp camera) and with Nokia 5600 (2008 model with 3.15mp camera) it was too low .
    So i call Flipkart customer care for return yesterday itself. As a result today i get call for Tech executive visit for inspection of phone.
    When i raised my issue of camera and also told him to compare the image quality of asus phone with the phone i had in my position or with his phone (redmi note pro), then the tech executive told me you cannot compare the camera quality of asus phone with other company phone . For comparison you should do it with Asus phone only, this was childish statement made by him.Everybody in the whole World compare his things with others even the Companies across the Globe and that’s how new product idea comes out for betterment of life.
    I didn’t asked him to compare the phone with Samsung S7 or S9 or with Iphone which was far superior than asus phone, i just want to compare with low or same budget phone. Even when i told to just click image or record video and compare with Nokia 5600 (2008 edition with 3.15mp) along with Asus 16mp +5mp camera he again told me the same thing {Bhai i Didn’t asked to compare Maruti 800 with Audi car } instead he shows me the other complain of asus phone regarding its camera and tries to convince me saying that all the Asus Phone had same camera problem.

    When i check the the flipkart app at 2:30pm it indicate me my return request was cancelled when i call back to customer care the executive she first said dito same thing as told by tech guy to me and hence my return request was rejected and inform me to take the phone to Asus service centre.
    Now question arises Why would i prefer to repair my phone which complain raised by me with in 4 hour of delivery?

    Why should i go to service centre?

    What would about your’s 10 days return policy? is it fake just to attract the buyers?

    Why would the Flipkart not held liable for providing Wrong Information as my buying based on your flipkart app information?

    Why flipkart indulge in wrong practice ?

    Again I raised the Return Request and waiting for your response.

    I purchased VU TV 40″ model number 40D6575 ( Invoice number FABOFF 1900002440 DATED 17.08.2018) online which is delivered yesterday afternoon. It is found that the picture quality and the sound quality of the TV is very poor and not at all satisfactory. I talked with local authorised technician Mr Atul Netke ( 8999207148) regarding same.
