    I have purchase Moto G5 Plus through above mentioned order id. But in that mobile whatever mentioned as features it’s not available in that mobile so that i requested to return my mobile.

    But from filpkart side they are arranging the replacement that features is not available means how come it would be in replacement mobile.

    Am very disappointed how come they are doing this kind of chilly things and you are blaming and cheating the customer as like fake advertisement and fake features.

    Really it was affected me lot because of your sides mistakes.

    If the features are parts defective you can replace the product where the features is not availble how come you are saying replacement.

    Am suffered lot because of your blammed activities so if you are again trying to blaming me very sorry I dont have any other option to go consumer court.

    I hope flipkart is the best online traders they will not behave as I file the case in consumer court.

  3. Respected sir im Mr Madhab Sharma on of your valuable customer since long time. It was No issue at all but this time im facing big trouble on the date of 27 Aug 2017 i tried to purchase a Samsung galaxy j7 2016 mobile by online payment, already amount is deducted Rs 11900 neither i reaciev order Id nor a reaciev amount back in my account now I’m facing too much problem regarding this issue. I have call customer care more than 1000 times already 15 days paas even firstly they says within 48 hrs your problem will resolve but still not resolve my problem.every process i have done to resolve this issue from My end but I was unsuccessful at last time mailing your Sir kindly look into this matter very seriously and resolve My problem as soon as possible.

    about it.

  5. This is to bring in your kind notice that i had purchased carrier Split Ac in July 2017 order id OD109789760333234000. Issue arise with this is frequent non cooling problem and same has been reported to Carrier Customer Care. Team of Carrier in this area is not competent and technician who visit not aware about the product and unable to take any decision on spot to resolve the issue.
    We use to buy the product from Flipkart for best quality with service. Now this is a responsibility of Flipkart to take care about service in regard with sold product. If performance is not good immediate course of action to be taken for replacement of product in place to attending the repair on high value new purchased product.
    Hope you will take care to resolve the issue soon for the future purchase and implement the special service condition on high value purchase.

    This is for your kind information that I had purchase a mobile model Redmi 4A (gold 32 gb) with order ID no. OD110399889560327000 on dated 5-10-17 when I track my order on dated 8-10-17 then I found according to you tracking I reject my order nut nothing happen about this product. When I call your customer care executive then they promises me that the product will receive me tomorrow dated 09-10-17, But the product was not received. what ever I told your care executive that I am able to pick my order from your EKART store if you told me address but they promises me and gave a last chance for 10-10-17 but unfortunately situation is not improved . today morning time I check product status and what I found unbelievable that I cancel my order, this is too lie and SHAMEFUL to all FLIPCART AND EKART TEAM and your service is so poor.

    Now I want to you please send my parcel without any order again because I have no more time. If my phone not receive then I promiss to you that I will not deal with you in future and also prefer AMAZON service because I fell that AMAZON service is good instead of you. But my courier didn’t delivered present now 11th october.your mentioned or extented date 13october.   10. Cancellation of order no – OD110303218178987000 :
    I have been requesting for cancellation for this order since delivery of the product due to color not matching the expectation.
    First time the pickup was not taken as I had misplaced the packing due to multiple consignments reaching me during that period. I had called your customer care explaining the same and that the unused product and invoice is available with me . Customer care representative regenerated the cancellation request .
    This time the pick up boy did not come and cancelled the return without my consent.
    I again raised cancellation request this time he said the amount in his records was not matching invoice value. If that is true , it is flipkart issue. This person named Kunal again cancelled the return without my consent .
    Please note that I do not need this product and you should arrange immediately to pick it up and also take action against pick up person named Kunal who has cancelled Refund without my consent.

    3. 10% off on sbi debit card. i received mobile on 26 sep. 2017 butt till now i did not get the jio sim.

  12. I purchased a TV unit on 20-9-17 it should delivered on 1-10-17 but it was delivered on 4th till 13 installation is pending. Such a worst app to purchase. Never recommend anyone.
