  19. I have two post paid SIMs of BSNL. I stay at Silcuri of Cachar district (Assam). I hardly get 3G. Furthermore, I am fed up with frequent call drops – very disgusting. I pay bill regularly online well before due date. I have tried to lodge complain online. But my endeavor has failed due to:
    (1) Illegible captcha all the time
    (2) No connection of the Toll Free Number
    (3) No access of portal
    (4) Why Sign up is required to lodge complain – I fail to understand?
    Is this the service BSNL provides? I am mulling to disconnect BSNL – enough is enough.
    BSNL claims transparent billing system. True. But only transparency in billing system is not all about rendering good service. My question: if you can not provide service in a specific area, then why do you issue SIM for that area?

    Last year I had made a complaint about receiving kisan messages under MM-KISAN to the phone 9421083228.
    But till date the messages are coming to me.
    I have taken all efforts last year to stop it, but unfortunately it did not stop.
    I strictly warn you to take immediate action for stopping the messages as I am not related to any agriculture activity.
    The more concerning part of the messages is that at any time i.e. late night they are getting me and I am being mentally harassed from it.
    I hope that before taking any legal action or going to Ombudsmen, those nonsense messages will not come to me.
    Last year I had talked to Ms.Chavan Madam and she had insured me that she will work on it.
    Now I called her and she told me that she has got transferred from that department.
    She also not bothered to take my call on her number 94222201745.
    I hope this harassment will be immediately stopped as you are instigating me to take legal action as well as complaint to information and broadcasting ministry against you.
    By the way now I would not do any DND action as I have already done it for last year repeatedly.

    1. On 09.10.207, from BSNL Portal payment through internet-banking (ICICI) for invoice no-935040198 for Rs.746/- was done. The amount was debited from my ICICI account on 09.10.2017. But receipt for this transaction was found to be pending in the BSNL Portal.

    2. On 11.10.2017, I received a message from my SBI bank, stating that auto-payment of Rs.746/- for invoice no-935040198 was processed successfully.

    I’m experiencing serious network issues in the Ajwa Road area of Vadodara since last 6 months.

    I’ve complained about the network issues on Customer Care Numbers several times but it’s USELESS.

    Every time they advice me to restart my mobile phone or they send me a configuration message. I’ve even changed my sim card. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 8

    They’re not even addressing my issues by following my previous lodged complaints.

    3G internet connectivity is poorest. Internet gets disconnected every 3 minutes especially during peak hours. What’s the use of providing 2GB of Internet when there’s no CONNECTIVITY??

    You are FOOLING customers. If you don’t have proper infrastructure then please withdraw your services from the Telecom Market.

    I found your details on internet and I’m sending you this email with a hope that I would get some help. Or else I’ll be forced to port my number to other networks.

    Even if i stand in the open sky and make a call to someone in the Wadi area, 9 out of 10 calls will be dropped. There’s no question of Internet quality. It’s poorer than the condition of CALLS…

    I would expect a prompt and serious action from your side to look into this matter at the earliest.

Currently I am using above number with Vodafone while I recheck in BSNL, person are saying that still this number belongs to your name. How this number belongs to BSNl when I port out , also this number had been given to another person on my name & ID. how is this possible that one number exist on two telecom companies. Please check & confirm on urgent basis so that i will not face any issue if any wrong thing or criminal activity happens.

  56. I have recharged my bsnl number on the 18th of April with the Rs.339 plan which permits me to browse the net as well as make unlimited bsnl to bsnl calls for 26 days. But i am not allowed this facility unless i charge an additional amount, which I usually charge at Rs.110 rupees so that my Rs.339 plan is functional. Within minutes bsnl depletes this Rs.110 by debiting my account for facilities i have not subscribed for. I am not able to use the Rs.339 facility unless i recharge again for a nominal sum. However I am worried that if I recharge,bsnl will again deplete my account for unsubscribed facilities and I will be back to nil balance and a plan that is useless.

    The Monthly Telephone Billl of BSNL is paid time to time properly by our office.

    But, our broadband connection not working properly, Our Internet Connection speed not working properly (Very poor condition) from last few months.
    So our office work is not done properly.

    The complain lodged (orally by mobile) many times by this office to your local office(jaipur City), but the problem is not solved yet today, your technical staff not co-operate with us for repair/ solve said problem.

    unruly and irresponsible behaviour of your customer service executive had caused me difficulties.
    I had accidentally activated 2 STV packs in my mobile number when I contacted customer care they said I can’t deactivate one pack since such an option is not available but I can use both the packs. But when daily data of 1 GB ends automatically it shifts to another pack but I can’t get a faster connection like before since 1 GB from another pack already exists.
    For the time being the second pack in my mobile number is idle.
    What can I do for this?
    Can I use the pack as usual or can I postpone one of the packs for next 28 days.
    NB: I had contacted customer care 5 times yesterday and once today. The reply of the executive I had contacted today was very rude, rational & responsible.

Such as employees careless on customer, lack of proper service and sooo on. I don’t know why the government giveup to private server. We believe on government services still.     I am requested to disconnect the BSNL service in February and my Landline is dead.
    But every month I am getting bill.

    When I have not used any services from past 6 months then why I am gettiing bill.
